I graduated as an osteopath from the European School of Osteopathy in 2000. I carried on training in the UK and France in naturopathy, or natural medicine, and traditional Chinese and medical acupuncture. I also obtained professional certification from the International Association of Hygienist Physicians (USA) after a six-month internship at the TrueNorth Health Center in the USA, a world-renowned centre specialised in water fasting and integrative medicine learning, and working alongside chiropractic, osteopathic, naturopathic and medical doctors, dieticians, nutritionists and psychologists. I trained in applied kinesiology, nutritional therapy and many other treatment modalities including ozone therapy and prolozone injection therapy.
I have practised in Ireland, France, Nepal and England. I also worked for 7 years in a school of osteopathy as a clinic tutor and as a lecturer at both Keele and Staffordshire Universities. Thanks to my wide-ranging training, and resulting holistic and integrative approach to health and disease, I see patients suffering from a wide range of acute and chronic conditions such as pain, arthritis, insomnia, acid reflux, headaches, chronic fatigue syndrome/fibromyalgia, back pain, cancer.
I love my occupation and take reward and joy at improving the health of my patients. Outside work I enjoy tennis, hiking and the practice of meditation.
ABOUT QUEENS ROAD CLINIC
The clinic was founded in 1980 by Anthony Larholt, D.O, Registered Osteopath. Julien joined the clinic in 2021 working along side Anthony. In May 2023, Anthony retired after a long and successful career and passed over the clinic to Julien.
