EWOT is short for Exercise With Oxygen Therapy.
It means doing light exercise (like cycling, walking on a treadmill, or using an elliptical) while breathing in oxygen-rich air through a mask.
This helps your body absorb more oxygen than normal, giving your cells the “fuel” they need to heal, recover, and perform better.
Why oxygen matters?
Your cells need oxygen to make energy. Oxygen is the most important nutrients of all! With age, stress, or illness, your body does not use oxygen as efficiently. Extra oxygen during movement helps your blood deliver more oxygen to all the tissues of the body including your muscles, heart, and brain.
What are the benefits of EWOT?
Improves cellular oxygen utilization
Enhances focus, neurovascular recovery, sharpened mental clarity, improves cognition possible
Boosts energy, reduced fatigue, supports mitochondrial biogenesis and efficiency
Improves circulation and blood vessel health
Increases VO₂ max, supports heart function, reduces hypertension
Improves lung capacity and oxygen saturation
Reduces oxidative stress markers
Aids in fat loss, insulin sensitivity, and detoxification
Supports immune modulation
Reduces chronic inflammation
Improves fitness and endurance
Fastens recovery from stress, workouts, or illness

How a session works?
You put on a comfortable mask. Oxygen-rich air flows into the mask from a special system. You exercise lightly (bike, treadmill, rower, etc.) for about 15–20 minutes. That’s it!
How often?
Many people start with 2–3 sessions per week. A typical session lasts 15–20 minutes. Programs can be adjusted to your personal health goals.
What is SWOT?
SWOT is short for Sauna With Oxygen Therapy. You lie down in an Far Infrared sauna (your head is out of the sauna) while breathing in oxygen-rich air through a mask. You have the benefits of both EWOT and Far Infrared sauna combined.
